Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We provides shipping via UPS. All prices are F.O.B. Baltimore, MD, and shipping and handling charges and sales taxes (if applicable) will be added to your invoice.

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on how quickly we are able to obtain and ship your items, your address, and the shipping speed and options that you decide.

Shipping speed is determined by UPS. Once we receive your order confirmation, we will ship your order out within 3-5 business days.

Our hours of operation are from 8am - 5pm (EST) Monday through Friday.

If you have any questions about the fulfillment process, or would like to add special notes to your order, please contact us with your Order Number ready.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return most items for a full refund, less shipping charges and 15% restocking fee, based on the original form of payment, within thirty (30) days after purchase. All items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging.
